Really happy about the customer service here! I placed an order online for a lychee Yakult and a couple minutes later they called and said they were out of Yakult, and asked if I wanted a refund or a different drink. I was already on the way over, so I said I’d get there and pick a new drink there. I got there and ordered a different drink, and they apologized profusely for running out of Yakult, and offered me a second drink to make up for it. Great customer service, and great...
Very kind workers! My drink broke from the bottom right after getting it cause the straw broke the cup and it was closing time. One of the workers offered to remake the drink for me! Thank you for the great service here :)
I came here as a delivery driver dropping off to Ding Tea. I was greeted warmly, not expected to hand delivery to the back, not told to exit the service door, and I was offered a cold drink. I've done nearly 2,000 deliveries and many to retail businesses/restaurants/drink shops and never have I been treated this way you guys are awesome!!
