35 YEARS IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!BEWARE THE FOOD QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE COSTA MESA HAUS PIZZA HAS TAKEN A NOSE DIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!....THE MANAGEMENT IS MOST LIKELY TO BLAME WHICH IS A SHAME......... My family has been frequenting Haus Pizza for over 34 years essentially since they 1st opened their doors. The past few times we have ordered food to go it was completely unacceptable the conditions of the food. More than once making mistakes on our order. This past weekend I finally called them back to get resolution to a problem with my order. Despite sending pictures of the poor condition of the food and clearly lack of care in the preparation of our oder, I was told by the manager that is was my own fault. The pizza had little to no topping or cheese on half of the pizza which was not due to anything but failure by their kitchen staff . The manager tried to explain it off that it probably shifted during transport. How does cheese and toppings shift without pepperoni moving also. Clearly the preparation was done without care or consideration of their customers. To be told that it's my fault is unacceptable. They definitely have not only poor service and low quality products but a blatant disregard for customers who have been long time patrons. IF YOU WANT POOR QUALITY FOOD AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHOOSE HAUS OF PIZZA WHERE THE MANAGEMENT BLAMES THE CUSTOMER FOR THE LOW STANDARDS YOU CAN EXPECT FROM AN EXPERIENCE EATING AT HAUS PIZZA COSTA MESA.

Daily specials are a good deal.

The service from Ember was excellent, and the food was very delicious. We had pepperoni and sausage pizza, Fettuccini alfredo, lasagna, and a pastrami sandwich

Hous of Pizza is amazing. Some of the best French bead pizza I have ever had. I forgot the ladies name that has helped me twice. I will be a regular patron.

After a long day at the beach ( 1,000 Steps), we called ahead for 5 people at 6:45. Seated quickly, drinks etc. Our server was amazing and very attentive. Didn't get his name, tall bearded. He made the visit extra special, great personality and sense of humor. We ordered a cheese pizza for a starter, minestrone, salads, then linguine with class, spaghetti marinara, chicken parm, and fettuccine Alfredo. Pizza was excellent as always, minestrone had nice flavor. The pastas were fine, but nothing special. We've been there about 5 or 6 times, over the past 25 years but always have ordered the pizza.

Kid-friendliness: Tall bearded server was very personable and made the kids laugh. Didn't get his name though.
