I ordered the Korean spicy chicken and the cook put way too much spicy sauce, I couldn’t enjoy the food because with too much of that sauce it turns the rice into a mushy over sauced consistency that is extremely spicy even for me, i was sweating bullets. I’ve gotten the same Korean spicy chicken bowl before at other locations multiple times and it’s delicious without too much sauce. It’s not rocket science to carefully sauce up the bowl correctly.

Food was average at best. Meats were quite unremarkable and tastes like any frozen TV dinner that you just microwaved at home. There was only 2 other people in the store and it took our order around 30 minutes to come out.... Got dragged here by a disgruntled family member but I will honestly never go back to a flame broiler again. Food: 3/10 Service: 3/10

This flame broiler is a bust. Employees aren't friendly and when you even ask for an extra sauce, how dare you ask them. This location food isn't great whatsoever.
Owners must hire better employees. Food okay, but service doesn't exist at this location I live around the corner but will no longer buy from here, tired of mistakes made when taking phone order. Sometimes they blame me sometimes they "sorry. Too many other locations near me
