“This was a special find. The breakfast sandwiches were out of this world, SOO GOOD. We tried a jalepeno pretzel and it did not disappoint. They make all of their own bread without preservatives and it was outstanding. The atmosphere is relaxed here and the people are so friendly. This place is a must to try if you are in the area. So AWESOME!“

“This is one of my favorite go-to places to take friends when we don't know where else to go. When the Packing House is just too packed, Rodeo 39 has so many more options without the large crowd making it a great food hall to come with friends who aren't very good at unanimously choosing a restaurant. My personal favorite places are Banh Xeo Boys for the Banh Xeo, Kare for their katsu curry, phoholic for pho (of course), Steel Pan Pizza for their mushroom pizza, and Shootz for their Kimchi Butter Shrimp. Honorable mentions are Tenori and the Mexican restaurant that unfortunately, I can't remember the name of. Grab your food and choose a nice spot on the patio or inside by the bar to grab a drink later and enjoy the variety of options they provide with relatively reasonable prices.“
“About the Phoholic Vietnamese restaurant there: Being out of town, it was our first visit to this Public Market. It was a clean, modern, and relaxing place with many places for food and drinks. We particularly liked the Phoholic Vietnamese restaurant. The pho was fantastic (we eat at many pho restaurants, but this one was absolutely delicious), the broth itself was clear, hearty, and genuinely delicious, and the pho noodles were soft and silky. I had the ox-tail pho; it was soooo good! There was a line out the door throughout our visit, but it was fast service with amiable staff, especially for such a busy restaurant. We definitely come back for more!“

“I had one of the best falafels ever at Zood. It was perfectly spiced, soft on the inside and a fantastic crunch on the outside. It paired amazingly with the roasted pepper dressing and the Shirazi Salad. I also had the pomegranate soft serve which came with Persian fruit leather, Lavashak, which was so refreshing and the perfect way to end the meal.The food here is great, there's no doubt about it but it's the customer service that makes this place special. I had truly amazing interactions with the owners especially Mandana who was so kind and warm.Could not reccomend this place enough!“

“I went in for a 2 top omakase service for me and my wife. The restaurant was closed down for just us two. We got to meet the chefs and were greeted warmly. We were served a 16 course meal; I have to say the sturgeon fish was to die for. My favorite Nagiri piece was definitively the COD. Overall I enjoyed my experiences and highly recommend.“

“Great Beer at 4 Brother's Brewery and the food at Phan's 55 Street Food Takeout was AMAZING! The egg rolls were the best I have ever had. So light and crispy on the outside and juicy- wonderful pork and vegetables inside. We had the wings, which were crispy yet still juicy. The char sui bahn mi was delicious, crispy bread with sweet and spicy pork, fresh pickled veggies, it was truly great. Sean, was so funny and friendly and he loves his basketball! Our Hotel Pasea wasn't great, but being next to the food hall with Phan's and 4 Brother's was!! Yum!“
“The food options here have unfortunately changed at a fairly rapid pace in the years since covid, and it seems that with the exception of the taco and pizza places that now share a kitchen and service counter, that trend may continue.The food available is usually really good, but it seems like the vendors need a bit more business than they currently receive. Hopefully the construction finishing soon on 4th Street will help a lot.Love this place most for the barcade upstairs and it's Thursday night trivia.Parking: There are a couple paid parking structures and street spaces available, with the easiest option being caddy corner to McFadden public market on main between 4th and 5th streets. None of the options are particularly expensive.“
“Parking here is difficult due to the one way lot and sideline roads to get in. The selection of food here is great though! There is a Rubio's, Starbucks, and a variety of Asian food options. Plenty of seating for dine in/on location and all of them are take out ready as well!“
“The food court next to Bloomindales has many options for shoppers at South Coast Plaza. Home to Paradise Dynasty, Le Shrimp Noodle, Mah Jong, Churrino, Cha Redefined, Phoholic, and more. It's a boon for Asian food lovers. I love that there are more options for diners in the area. Bruxie just opened recently so hopefully more palettes will be satisfied. Parking is easily found adjacent in the South Coast Plaza parking lot. Come hungry or thirsty and leave satisfied.“
