Visited this restaurant to have a quick bite. Customer service was good. Food was decent and affordable . The restaurant was clean, but the man restroom sink was disgusting / dirty.
Only through the wonder of sunlight and grease can one truly experience the Jack in the Box "taco! Just look at that pic. The tiny dark brown area is the "meat". The other dark area is lettuce. So in each one of our "tacos" 6 bites are nothing but lettuce and taco shell, three of those are nothing but shell. We all know they use the cheapest ingredients possible, but now they are even stingy on the cheap ingredients. And to date, over a week has gone by with zero response to our request for a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. These tacos even cost twice the price if you order from a human.

I have to admit, all the commercials got me wanting to try the smash burger. Had the sourdough version and was unimpressed. The burger has to much cheese. I like cheese, especially on a burger, but you can't put too much on. It was hard to taste any of the other items. Pickles all piled in one place under the bun and had to spread them out. Fries seemed not full to me and weren't fresh unfortunately. Kind of cold. Friendly service was best asset today.
