At 2 minutes to in the morning to the opening of the store I knocked on the door because I needed to use the ladies room I was told bet the store did not open until 7:00 when it was clearly posted 6:00 a.m. was ignored the door is not opened furthermore I'm a disabled person at this point it is difficult to run to another location. I found it to be well rude. I do. Or recommend this location I believe them not only to be rude they also probably don't follow company policy as well. Horribly discouraged

Friendly and accommodating order taker and food was good. I can recommend. Update 12-24 -2023 food quality has gone down and you get less food for more money now. I can't recommend this place anymore ?

I placed a mobile order and she ended up saying we didn't place our order. There was a girl working We told her the name and she made a whole scene saying they didn't have it. I had to get off and talk to the only reasonable guy and come to find out it was there they didn't hear what we said when we told them our name. This is ridiculous I argued for almost 30 minutes for this do better pls and have better attitudes!
They're too busy and rushed to care about getting your order right even after you've been overcharged and you ask them to fix it.

The RUDEST girl was working at the drive up window this morning around 11:30am-ish. She had the worst attitude I've ever seen. My family and I were being kind, and this was all just because she misheard me. I understand that working in the fast food industry may not be the greatest, as I'm sure they deal with rude and annoying people all the time.. but it is customer service, and you should not treat people unkind for no reason or pick a different job so that you do not have to deal with the public. It was a great lesson for my kids in how not to treat people, but it was definitely not worth my time or money. Hope she ended up having a better day.
