If you order food in drive-thru, CHECK YOUR ORDERS EVERY TIME! It’s rare that when I pick up food from here & the individuals working at the window hand me my food & it’s right. There have been MANY instances where I get handed my food, the individuals immediately close the window, & walk away, & as I am checking, I 98.9% of the time have to wait there for someone to come back, for me to ask them “Where is the rest of my food?” & when I do, I get their snotty attitude towards me. Like honestly, how are you giving me attitude, when I am asking for my food, that I paid for…? I wish I can go somewhere else, but frankly, this is literally the Jack in the box that is down the street from my house. I need management to handle & train their staff properly, & have the staff actually do the job they applied for. It’s infuriating! I love jacks tacos, they are a classic, but the service is terrible.

This J.I.B. is doing a good job. Store is clean and the people working have good attitudes and are WELL TRAINED. the food is what you expect. I'm impressed with this location. I like to put ketchup on top of Ranch dipping and. DIP MY FRENCH ? FRIES ? IN IT !
