The selection is nice enough to earn 2 stars, but even if you do find something to order, checkout was a nightmare as they had IT problems according to a representative. Then the shipping, it was a week late in delivery, making shopping here both frustrating and pointless. Would not recommend

We bought steaks from Kai Wagyu online. They were delivered rapidly; that’s the one star. The meat itself had been cut unevenly therefore impossible to cook evenly. The quality was good enough for our daughters dog: tough, grisly, poor marbling. Better to buy meat from Costco or your local Market.

they have the everything！I recently visited a wagyu store and was thoroughly impressed with the quality and selection of their offerings. The marbling on the wagyu beef was exceptional, showcasing its premium grade. The staff was knowledgeable, providing helpful tips on preparation and cuts to suit different cooking methods. The store was clean, well-organized, and presented a wide range of options, from A5 Japanese wagyu to domestic varieties. The packaging ensured freshness and quality, even for takeaway orders. Though slightly pricey, the flavor and tenderness of the meat were worth every penny. This store is a must-visit for any wagyu or steak lover.

The meat quality here is off the charts. Compared to a regular grocery store, the difference is night and day. Prices are not too steep as well. Will definitely be back. Jeff is very kind and knowledgeable!
