Honestly, the best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. My wife and I have been coming here for 4 years and it never disappoints. Amazing sushi. Awesome service. Great prices. Can’t beat it.
I stopped by Kakurega in Costa Mesa and had the salmon skin salad and miso soup. While both are simple dishes, the salad really stood out — it was beautifully presented with delicate daikon radish sprouts and perfectly cut slivers of crispy salmon skin, each with a small piece of salmon meat attached.
