Best ramen around. The karaage(fried chicken) is a must. Staff and owner are always great. This is a place you have to go to.
I've been to hakata in fukuoka, and this ramen tastes like Japan! It's great!
After living in Japan it's hard to find a ramen place that is authentic and delicious. This is by far my favorite ramen place! The chicken tsukemen is amazing and the karaage can't be beat.
last night was the first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the courteous service, with the fine dishes and booze and with the comfortable cost. We will surely go back there in a short time.
“Authentic Japanese Ramen”, this is the one ramen lovers must come
Best broth next to my favorite ramen house in Little Tokyo. Packed with flavor and good traditional wavy ramen. And the karaage was some of the best I've had. If you bring an appetite, get extra noodles and egg!
Delicious ramen. I enjoyed everything
This is my favorite ramen shop in Orange County. The chicken broth is so rich and flavorful. The karaage and gyoza are also really good. But the ramen really is a star on its own. I would suggest if you want the spicy or garlic additions to your broth, request it on the side so you can control the flavor. The broth really is amazing on its own.
I've been here about five or six times now and it's always the same: the ramen here is amazing (kudos to the kitchen), but the service is subpar. I don't think they've ever nailed it; they either forget something, screw something up on the order, or take forever for something basic (10 minute wait for a can of beer -- not even a draft).
I’ve tried a lot of ramen in the area and I found my favorite! Every single time I come to Kashiwa I’m blown away by the flavors and the kind service! My boyfriend also agrees it’s the best ramen he’s had. Our most recent visit was exceptional thanks to our server Hiro who was super sweet and attentive. Can’t wait to come back.

10/10 would recommend. Best spot I’ve been to in Orange County
Try the swirl option on the broth. Wavy noodles were nice and firm. I almost finished my broth. Karaage was solid. Takoyaki was solid. Definitely going to go back.
Delicous ramen, quick and polite service, and not to expensive. Would recommend
I've been going to this place before they changed management and got a huge makeover. Since then, the food has skyrocketed in quality. The interior design has a cool nautical vibe to it. Highly recommend.
We ordered 2 spicy ramen bows. Both were too salty like they put a ton of salt in to the bowl. We let them know but they only gave us a bowl of broth to fix it. We added more broth in but it didn’t help much. We needed to drink lots of water later but the salty taste still lingers. We will not come back again. They should have prepared a new bowl instead of fixing it.
