I was literally assaulted by the staff after asking for the manager to discuss a bad customer service experience we had with them. We will not be returning and charges will be filed with the police.
This information is for future customers and Corporate. My girlfriend and I have been to LazyDog in San Mateo Ca about 9 times and sat at the bar. Save your money! Go somewhere else!
Bar tender’s care more about washing glasses cleaning and talking among themselves then checking on the paying customers!
When you finally get someone’s attention they have attitude like it’s a BIG BOTHER to ask them for service.

No Manager, No District Manager, No HDQ Help. Ask for carton to go and heat up my food after heating for one minute this was what I pulled out of my microware, there goes my lunch and $22 plate of food gone and melted. WTH this is awful and no help from the location.
