1. Called over 12 times during Leatherby's business hours over a 2 week period - no answer. Left 2 messages - no callbacks. 2. Service was unbelievably slow - horrible. Only 1 waitress serving a large area. Only 1 bartender for entire restaurant. 3. This restaurant opens at 5 on “performance nights” only. Shows typically start at 7:30. Leatherby's should have been prepared to accommodate guests in a timely fashion. 4. Food was delicious BUT one couple with us both...
Our dining experience was excellent from the moment we entered to the time we left. Our waitress was very personable and helpful. I ordered the pasta entree and it was very delicious. The room temperature was very, very comfortable. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Leatherby's for a special evening out.
Our server Michael was very attentive to our needs so we had a relaxing dinner and got to the ballet on time. Everyone was happy with their salads and fish entrees but my lamb chops were amazing, the best ever. We shared a delicious key lime pie for dessert. Wonderful dinner!
