Dude. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich, no substitutions or changesā¦. Why didnāt it have Mayo? Literally how is that chicken salad? Chicken salad calls for Mayo ALWAYS. It was just cold chunks of chicken and celery under shredded lettuce and cheese literally no flavor.

We have been going to Lil Pickle for more than 25 years and have always been happy but recently we've noticed they sandwiches are shrinking. They used to be filled with lettuce and cheese but now there is a lot less of everything. Not happy with this change. Do better.

I love this place and have been going for years but as a broke college student I've been pretty priced out of it. $12 for a 10in sub is pretty steep. Their giant sub at 14in is now $19?!? Crazy. But I'll still come here for the very occasional treat. Their sandwiches are delicious, the bread is uber soft, and I actually love how stuffed it is with lettuce. They support their local schools/communities so bonus points.

I know it was delivered through a 3rd party, but there is no way to rate the restaurant on the app anymore. The sandwich was a disappointment, and Iāve always loved their food! The pastrami was fatty, but the edges were dried out and the roll was over-warmed. (Which makes it chewy.) Lastly, the chocolate cake tasted old.
I realize the delivery depends on the driver, but the hot sandwich was thrown on top of the chocolate cake. (Which really doesnāt matter much, considering.) That action happens in the restaurant. Needless to say, the cake was smashed and melted. (Since my sandwich was hot.)

There's always a warm welcome and friendly employees with smiles on their faces. Today they went above and beyond by giving us a deconstructed meatball sandwich for my kiddo š

I really wanted to like this place because it reminds me of a place I used to go growing up. Thereās a difference between classic and just worn down. The workers seemed like they didnāt want to help us. They probably had a long day but it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to answer basic questions. We were polite and assured them weād leave prior to closing. We tipped too. Sandwiches were very mediocre. Very small. Pickles were delicious though. Wonāt be back.
