Drove out from Ventura county to eat here, only to find out they are closed for renovation. I was very disappointed because I love this place. But I was also extremely disappoint that the business is still offering Groupons that you can buy, WHILE THEY ARE CLOSED. On top of that you are still able to book a table through Opentable. Not until I got to the restaurant did I find out that they were closed. After that I decided to give their number a call to hopefully get some insight and on the very faint message it said that they were closed for renovations... but they NEVER said when they would be opening again..... it just said “come back soon” I literally planned an entire trip out to Costa Mesa around this restaurant. They need to have better loyalty towards their customers.... you can't leave the people in the dark, not unless you want business again.

Service and food is good. Awesome ambiance. The festive music and belly dancing adds to an entertaining dining experience.

Excellent food, specialized service and experience is what I can say. Prix-fixe dinner is excellent. All courses.

Very disappointed in what happened. It was my anniversary and took my wife here to try Moroccan food and we didn't receive a great experience. Started out great with the setting and the waiter came and wash our hands at the table. A few minutes after that the power went out and my wife and I had to eat our dinner in the dark. It got to a point that we couldn't see what we were eating so we decided to take it home. The restaurant apologizes and said it's not their fault that the block power went out. I understand that but they at least accommodated us and allow us to return when its lit, which they did not. Well looks like I will try a different Moroccan restaurant.

Delicious food. Delicious authentic Moroccan food. The music and ambiance is welcoming and comfortable. Service is the best, they hustle, and on top of it to make your visit unforgettable.

First time here and thought it was pretty fun. Parking is awful, there is none. Only Valet or have to park down the street, which if you don't know area, not fun to do. I know the area well and just decided to valet. Cool atmosphere inside but a little old school. Slow help, menu is ok. Mostly set dinner options that are huge settings. Price point seemed high for what it was. The dancing is fun but it was just one girl who moved throughout the place and stopped at each table. Definitely better for larger groups versus a date night or night out with a friend.

Every aspect of Marrakesh was an awesome experience. Fantastic food and service. The atmosphere was great and comfortable. The Moroccan wine was very good. We were able to stay for a long period of time without being hassled or rushed. Highly recommended.

Fun place with belly dancing. Moroccan food, similar to typical middle eastern food but with surprising little touches. We had an excellent time. Price fixe menus are awesome and include dessert.
