EVERYTIME I come to McDonald’s especially this one, their ice cream / smoothie machine is always “broken” or on the “cleaning cycle” I tried to order a strawberry banana smoothie on a SATURDAY NIGHT and the lady who took my order,

Came in with a friend for 2 deluxe breakfast. Asked to skip everything, just double eggs and muffins. They took my order. A supevisor aproached me as I was cleaning the the table and chairs where we were going to sit. She said they could't substitute an additional muffing. I said OK, and just asked for a refund. I was amazed!!!! I'm paying $15.00 for 4 eggs, bread and coffee. A supervisor and a manager had to get involved to aprove to substitute a muffin. As we walked to the...read full review
