Today, the manager at this place behaved absolutely terribly. Not only does she not speak English, but she also tried to convince me that I owe someone something. I am a customer. And after I paid for the order, it seems to me that I don’t owe anyone anything — I am supposed to be provided with the service. I like all the employees at this place, but the manager behaved absolutely horribly today.

I guess some of the employees are children from the orphanage next door? They have all grown up, and although they may be mentally unbalanced, they don't have to lie on the floor together for music lessons like they did back then.

The food is good, but it can get 50/50 on the milkshakes. There are days when it tastes amazing, and days where there are some things off and the hot chocolate most of the time, it tastes great.
