The staff is beyond rude! Fake smile with passive aggressive words. Just sad.

I came here with my 3 daughters from Corona. I loved the atmosphere. It's outdoors, not a big line. Many dessert options to choose from. I had the chicken pesto sandwich. We most enjoyed the outdoor seating and having a relaxing time with our dessert and drinks.

Moulin at South Coast Plaza offers a delightful mix of classic French pastries and savory vegan options, like the rich, glossy chocolate éclair and a flavorful vegan sandwich packed with fresh ingredients. The ambiance is chic yet welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a quick indulgence or a leisurely coffee break.

This place has never disappointed. Awesome sandwiches, wine and fine French desserts. Yes it is a little pricey, but it's not your downtown French Bistro. It's South Coast. There is a good reason why this place has lasted for so long.
The vanilla flan outstanding and the ladies working there were phenomenally courteous, helpful and nice. An A plus just for that alone and thank you to the owners too for vetting your employees well!

This charming café is situated in South Coast Plaza, conveniently next to the escalator leading to the bridge connecting the two buildings. In our search for high-quality French pastries in the area, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of delightful options available. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting us with our selections and even prepared a lovely gift box. The pastries were exceptional and brought joy to everyone at the dinner.

Love the OG spot but this is even closer to my house. AND somehow the service was even more amazing 🤩 got some really great treats that I flew with including a sandwich and cake and an apple turnover. Most decadent flight food it was a punishment to all who could see my spread. Lol

Love the food, the service, the atmosphere. I love the omelette moulin, the little puff with chicken and mushrooms, the stack of sliced potatoes, some of the desserts. The staff is super nice and French (mostly). Loved the whole vibe. It is crowded and parking is also crowded.

It's a really good place to dine at. The sandwiches are really good even maybe exotic
Drinks are also very good especially the orange soda. The only really downside is that it's pricey but expect prices to be a little high at these places recommend would come again.

Our visit to Moulin, a French Bakery and Restaurant located in South Coast Plaza on December 1, 2024, left us with mixed feelings. The small yet beautifully decorated restaurant only offers outdoor seating, which was packed during lunch hour. The service was quick, with our food arriving promptly after ordering.

We ordered the Flan Parisian, La Parisian Chicken Pesto, and Iced Mocha. The Flan Parisian stood out as the standout dish, with a delicious flavor that left us wanting more. The Iced Mocha, on the other hand, was lackluster and required additional sugar to make it enjoyable. As for the La Parisian Chicken Pesto, it fell short of expectations, being overpriced, cold, and difficult to eat.

In addition to the food, we found the staff at the counter to be somewhat impatient, rushing us through the ordering process. While our overall experience was average, the standout item of the Flan Parisian made it worth the visit. If you're in the area and craving French pastries, Moulin may be worth a try for a quick bite.

Parking: Difficult to find parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance.

French baguette sandwiches are stale. Incredibly tough to eat to the point of your jaw getting sore halfway through the sandwich. Asian lady at the counter rushes you through even though no one else was in line. $20 for sandwich and coffee is not too bad considering South Coast Plaza.
