I ordered two tomato soups at the bar. This is what I got, two half full containers. I was able to pour one soup into the other container to get one full one. So I pretty much paid for two soups and received one. Hmmm..🤔

We just stood in line for 10 minutes only for the tall woman with the gray hair to take the order of the people behind us. It was incredibly rude. We were about to spend $30-$40 on drinks. We decided to leave and get drinks elsewhere since nobody acknowledged us. There were 4 people in our party.

I ordered chocolate frappe and it was super smooth, the chocolate taste was not strong but overall not so sweet so i enjoyed my drink and i recommend it.

I’m a freelancer and I’m here at Nordstrom often. I was in line at the South Coast location when a man cut in front of the line (that was wrapped around into the hallway) to ask “do you sell bottles of water?”, NOT a cup of ice water, a water BOTTLE, to which the cashier said “sure, I can help you here” and started helping him as the man who was ACTUALLY NEXT gave me a look like “can you believe this?!” The manager was walking down the line, taking orders, so I said “did that guy just cut the line? That’s so rude!” The manager simply turned, saw the man, and shrugged as she continued to take orders. SERIOUSLY?!?! I refuse to give my hard earned money to any place that doesn’t care about their customers. No apology to the man who was cut off in line, no “sir you’ll have to wait in line or you can get a cup of ice water at the counter”, no customer service. I’ll go to the ebar at Spectrum when I’m there instead.

I'm pretty impressed with Nordstrom's cafe. The customer service is great and their lattes and cookies are too! My favorite deink is their spiced chai latte with oat milk. It's just so smooth. They have a good little selection of pastries as well. My fav. is their Royale Cookie- must try (if you like chocolateand nuts)! Sometimes I drive to this mall just so that I can stop by here. It's located on the second floor inside Nordstrom at the exit into the rest of the mall.Keep up the great work Nordstrom Ebar!
