I ordered the big dinner box for a party and thought the food was moderate. Good: 1. Lots of food in the big box, with a party of 4 we got through half of the items! Bad: 1. Even though we requested a crust flavor in the online order system though pizza hut's website, neither of the pizzas came with them (they were plain). 2. You have to request crushed red pepper when you order, they don't give packets! 3. Toppings were pretty minimal for some reason, they were pretty strict with the amount.

Pizza Hut is not my favorite pizza but the kids like it, the lady on the phone was nice and the delivery guy showed up on time. I personally thought the pizza sucked, especially compared to all the other pizza places in the Costa Mesa area. The kids live the Pizza Hut bread sticks and I have to admit they are really good. So said a different way, the service is good, the pizza sucks and the bread sticks are the bomb!!

Worst decision I made was to order Pizza Hut for the Super Bowl ordered at 6am for a 3 pm delivery came at 3:40 cold with no cheese minimal toppings I paid 30.00 for dough will never order Pizza Hut again

I ordered online and didn't get what I originally ordered. I called just to let them know and was meet with a manager who thought I was not truthful. What ever it's Pizzahut and I should know better. Sadly this was not my first bad experience with this location before.

if it is possible to give 0 stars i would. WORST SERVICE EVER. "Celia" is the WORST EMPLOYEE EVER. I placed an order online and it got placed with wrong address. i called right away to fix it. she assured me she would get my pizza to me within 25 mins. 1 hour later i called back because still no pizza and no phone call. same lady answered "Celia" would not give me a manager or anyone to help me and kept saying she wouldn't get me anyone else. she wouldn't not answer any questions i had and ended up hanging up on me without giving me a refund....Fuck Celia

Really?? Sausage, pepperoni and pineapple deep dish is $25??? But wait, you can get it for $8 if you order on line. And then it really got interesting when they called to confirm, they were so disrespectful, I cancelled the order. I'm sure there's a pizza place here in town that would like my business!

I usually don't write reviews but it's been a terrible experience ordering from this place. Our house is less than a mile away and the driver "got lost" for 40+ minutes, in broad daylight! In addition, this was after the 1hr 15min wait. The pizza arrived cold and some pieces were burnt on top. This was not our first time so definitely should stay away from this place going forward.

I ordered my pizza through tha app on my phone. I asked for marinara on my pizza with normal amount of cheese and toppings. When the pizza was delivered I grabbed a piece and took a bite. It tasted like if cheese was the only thing on top of the pizza. I didn't taste the sauce at all. I scraped off some cheese of one of the slices of pizza and didn't find any marinara on it. Like maybe they were playing a joke? So I check my order too and saw that I did order sauce on my pizza. Also, the special online was 2 topping 2 medium pizza for 5.99 each. I added one Extra topping and the app said it was going to be 50 cents extra. I did add 1 extra topping on both pizzas, so a dollar is not a lot of damage. But I got charged 5.99 and 7 dollar charge on each pizza!! My total was 26 or 29 bucks still!!! I called the Pizza Hut but nobody answered. Avoid this place!
