Were there for breakfast on Valentine's day. The restaurant is beautiful. The food was delicious. We were there soon after it opened and the staff was setting up for what was to be a super busy day. I think that's why service that morning was a bit slow. At one point there were several parties waiting to be sat with no one at the front reception area. We will definitely be back.

This place is AWESOME!!! Food is amazing! And its not too expensive... we have been here several times and have tried different plates, all have been delicious and we have not been disappointed yet!!!
The only thing I have to criticize is the front of the house staff wearing their latex gloves, touching everything, their faces, blowing their noses behind the bar, and never changing their gloves nor washing their hands. As a customer watching this is gross! Especially the bar tender touching everything from cleaning products to dirty used glasses, then preparing drinks to serve without changing gloves & washing hands! Its even more disgusting when the servers deliver food with their gloves on... it looks like they just cleaned/ bussed a table, then brought out your food... CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!
PLEASE stop wearing gloves SO MUCH and just wash your hands often. The gloves are gross!!!

The vibe here is beautiful, I ordered the waygu brisket burger; wasn't really feeling breakfast like eating at the time. But tht burger was delicious. My only complaint is the location. Parking isn't for the weak. But hopefully they'll find a better location tht provides ample parking

First time coming to Pradera BrunchThe food was really good love their Cafe de Leche and our waitress Mirta was so wonderful.
DO NOT ORDER PICKUP. These people are INCONSISTENT. Ive been here 4x (3 inside. 1 pickup order). and twice their system is down. tell me why, for a pickup order, I have to wait 45min AFTER it said the food was ready. And when we showed up for the food. They just all froze. It was like common sense for customer service didn't exist. The guy on the phone sounded like he wasn't gonna help us. He just said they didn't get the order but there was no single attempt to rectify. But oh, finally when they facetime their manager they tell us not to worry they won't charge us again for the meal we ordered. Like what in the world?! Then we had to wait 45min for the meal we ordered 30min ago. There was no complimentary offers while we waited. Just annoyed, flustered looks. Keep in mind we kept our cool cuz we know mistakes happen, but just the sheer lack of apologetic sincerity was such a turn off.
Last time when we ate inside their system was down and we didn't get our drinks for 20 min. Y'all need a new system.
Oh. And don't try the red salsa. It sucks. Way too salty.
The food comes in huge portions..pls share instead of getting your own if you can. Last time my friend got really bad gas and tummy issues after eating here. Def too much food.
