I ordered an açaí bowl and it was absolutely delicious 😋 fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The customer service was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I also love their ginger cayenne pepper shots 😍such a perfect boost of energy and wellness! Definitely one of my favorite stops for something healthy and refreshing.

what they offer is more than juice!

Pressed Juicery has a clean, minimalist vibe—perfect for when you’re craving something light, fresh, and Instagram-friendly. But be warned: the vibe stops at the glass. If you’re planning to charge your EV nearby while grabbing a juice, you might get more pressure from mall security than from the juice press itself.

Even though the Shell Recharge stations at South Coast Plaza are marked free and open 24/7, if you’re there after mall hours, security may approach your car and call the police on you—just for charging. I was personally approached, had my plates run, and was threatened with a trespassing citation despite not breaking a single posted rule. If you’ve got a warrant? You could be arrested. For juice and volts.

Meanwhile, mall employees are allowed to charge overnight and well into the morning, blocking the stations during peak times and leaving the general public shut out—even though these chargers were paid for by California taxpayers.

This review will be removed when public chargers stop being treated like private property.

EDIT: I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars, because this business is legitimately concerned about the abuse occurring at security office. Next time I crave juice I will come here as my first choice.

This is a great place to go for juice, healthy snacks, or the frozen yogurt. I have to thank Fayth specifically for her amazing service. I'm telling all my friends to come here.

Terrible service. Asked for my phone number 4 times to get my account info even tho I have the loyalty program with pressed. Staff took 3 turns to get our order. Pls fix this attitude problem with the employees

We came to pick up our order and it wasn’t ready since we were told that many of their machines were down, many of the toppings were not available, and the drizzles weren’t working. The staff there didn’t know how to do refunds so I figured the best way is to reach out to the customer service team online. We got a reply back from management surprisingly but not only not offering to accommodate and fix the issue, but claimed that the machines were working fine, made unjust comments about our account, and that they will not be doing anything for us in this case. That is absurd, it was like they made an indirect accusation that either we were lying or/& were assumptions about our characters, all terrible. We signed up to be VIP members and have many multiple purchases from this company but after getting treated like this, we don’t think we should support a business that is this judgmental and unfair. This is an odd case because management typically resolves things like this and not be the cause of such issue. What a waste, this could’ve been handled in a more professional way and it could’ve been easily resolved. We were are the ones who wasted our time and did not get what we wanted here, yet the tables seemed to have to turned around onto us, it’s unbelievable.

Chocolate chip drizzle is not tasty. And we got an acai bowl. It has hair inside.

I was so impressed with Yvette she help me out with such a warm smile. She helped me pick some great juices and I enjoyed the chocolate freeze. Overall 10/10 service!

Fairy yummy açaí bowl and I felt it wasn’t badly priced. Overall the bowl was a bit sweet even with less agave however that’s what you get for a bowl of fruit and granola!Why it’s not 5 stars is mainly the açaí part it was good and creamy but felt it lacked the texture I wanted. It was more like soft served ice cream then an açaí bowl.

The best juice store ever, all the workers are so friendly and helpful. I have never tried better drinks in my life.

Employee was nice and informative. I was able to get a free drink after signing up and there were no issues with my experience here. Highly recommend coming here as a healthy alternative.
