I'm a single mom and have very little time to cook! So I was in search of a meal prep company that was healthy and has quality!Service on the phone as well as delivery was amazing first of all bec this to me is a make it or break it! I don't cook often so this service has been super helpful for my health goals because I eat out less and the meals are balanced and the right portion. I've been a customer since September 2022 and have been able to drop 30 pounds since then. I like the variety of the meals and that they are not salty. Very pleased with this service!

I've been using ProPortion Meals since July & I love it! The microwave meals are flavorful & the variety is great. I don't like to cook & I don't like to clean up after any attempts I do make to cook something edible. The Sunday delivery is seamless & any requests I have made (such as switching to the no carb option) have been handled with no issues. So very glad I found this company! You guys are the BEST!!!!
