I've been using ProPortion Meals since July & I love it! The microwave meals are flavorful & the variety is great. I don't like to cook & I don't like to clean up after any attempts I do make to cook something edible. The Sunday delivery is seamless & any requests I have made (such as switching to the no carb option) have been handled with no issues. So very glad I found this company! You guys are the BEST!!!! I'm a single mom and have very little time to cook! So I was in search of a meal prep company that was healthy and has quality!Service on the phone as well as delivery was amazing first of all bec this to me is a make it or break it! Food: portion is perfect, I didn't want to feel like I'm stuffing my face. I was surprised that healthy food can be tasty!! I had the Jerk Fish today: freshly baked fish seasoned with their house blend jerky seasoning + rice, I also looove how this was topped off with their refreshing mango salsa! I posted a pic but it's after I took several bites bec I realized this deserves a review! Looking forward for more !!

I've been a customer since September 2022 and have been able to drop 30 pounds since then. I like the variety of the meals and that they are not salty. Very pleased with this service!

I ordered the 10 meal low carb package for the week, I must say the meals are extremely delicious and filling for being low carb and portion controlled. The service is amazing, the ordering process was extremely easy. I would definitely recommend to all family and friends.

Nonresponsive to my emails. I also called and left a message. Over 48 hours. No response. Which is weird because I got my order delivered. But, also very disappointed about the portions. 3 of them have barely 1/2 cup of rice and 4 pieces of meat. This place had good reviews, so I thought I would try but those reviews must have been from a long time ago or friends/family.

I don't like to cook mainly because I'm not good at measuring portions and I hate having to clean up after. After moving to OC, I settled on this company based on the near-universal rave reviews and a positive recommendation from the OC Register. So let me start out by saying that after 1 week, the food is among the best from all the companies I've had. I'm excited to see what other menu options there are in the future. The only downside is that if you order the 10-meal option, you'll have 3 or 4 repeat meals as they don't have 10 different meals. I would appreciate all 10 meals to be different. But still, the food is really good, with a very reasonable price. Other OC places are either a lot more expensive or cheaper with unappetizing-looking food. ProPortion meals definitely hits the sweet spot of taste plus value.

I enjoy how easy it is to pick and choose your meals and it being delivered at my door! I work out and I work a lot of crazy hours that my life doesn't allow me to prep my meals ! Highly recommend!! The food and portion sizes were perfect for me! They have a WIDE variety of flavorful meals. I am never disappointed! And their customer service is always unbelievable! A few times I was unable to make it to pick up my meals at the location and they dropped it off to my apartment without question! Great service and great meals you can't beat it! :)

The best meal prep company I have tried! I've tried a handful of meal prep services and Proportion meals is by a landslide the best. The value is affordable within the industry. Meals are extremely well seasoned and last the whole week! Anna and team are extremely attentive, their customer service is top notch and communication is quick turnaround and easy (through text)! Orders can be customized beyond just what they offer on the website. Not only does it save me time but it reduces my food waste because I'm not going to the grocery store weekly to buy a bunch of food and ingredients for a variety of meals through the week. Thank you for helping me reach my goals and maintain them. I cannot recommend Proportion meals enough!!!!
