Shared some tacos with the wife.
I did the Mexican street corn shrimp tacos. She got the fish.
I loved mine, loaded with toppings and sauce.
Her fish were just ok. Could have been better.

I contacted corporate directly about this and I’m posting the same message here as a review: I used to love Rubio's :( this location has never been great but they have somehow outdone themselves in how subpar both the service and quality are here. The prices have also increased yet the quality of their products have decreased significantly. Today, I ordered a grilled gourmet taco with steak and what I received was disgusting. It was wet, the tortilla was broken all over and the meat looked grey and was in tiny cubes like canned pet food. It was borderline slimy. I couldn’t even pick it up but I forced myself to try to because it was all that I had for lunch and one taco costs $6.78. I took one bite and immediately spat it back out and threw the entire thing away because it was so disgusting. I cannot believe that employees, and even deeper than that, that actual human beings would serve such trash to paying customers. What a disappointment. I want my money back.

Overall the tacos are pretty good except for the tortillas they were corn and a bit hard I got the street tacos and they didn't double up the tortillas as well but overall it was a good lunch I would go back

Great food, several options for dining, eat inside, outside or to go. The flavors are great and you can order it your way from the menu. The food is always prepared hot and tasty while you wait by a great team of cooks and they servers.

Parking: This restaurant is located in shopping center, there is always parking available.

They have no problem charging you extra for things, but also seems like they go out of their way to make sure that whatever you paid extra for, they give you none of. I find it hard to believe they filed for bankruptcy when they are clearly making money off overcharging customers.

Love this place ! Fish was huge, tacos are still amazing 20 years later … I come here each time I’m in California! The churros are great as well .. I wish I had a Rubios near me

Honestly the recipe was the blindest premium steak burrito I have ever had... It wasn't bad but, nor was it good...But they do have pib x-tra which is worth a gold star to me.

I paid $45.00 for two lobster burritos with no beans. I recieved what resembled 2 taco smell bean burritos with no rice and extra beans. The manager hung up on me (as I was being polite), and then when I called back a third time, she told me "because you ordered it from Uber Eats (the place they make you order delivery from, otherwise they dont deliver) that they do not guarantee the quality of their food. See my reciept, and this disgustimg excuse for a 25 dolllar burrito.. wow, I feel swindled.

Manager is so good that when he sees you walk through the door he knows exactly what to tell the cook to start making. Now that's a manager!!!If something is not to your liking he takes care of it.

Parking: Depending on the time of day is whether it is extremely easy or a little difficult to park.
