Prince Street Pizza offers some of the best pizza in Costa Mesa, with a vibe that is great and a menu that does not disappoint. The pizza is amazing and delicious, with the Sunset being the closest to L and B Spumoni Garden Square. The Naughty Pie is a favorite, and the Spicy Spring is a close second. The 4 cheese is magnificent, and the St Louis spicy Pepperoni is awesome. The Smoked Mozzarella sticks are so good they get finished before returning to the car, and the Sicilian style Garlic bread is mouthwatering. The spicy vodka is highly recommended. The sauces are amazing, including the 'Not Ranch' which is creamy and delicious, and the hot honey is a must-try. The Cookie is super yummy. While waiting, customers can look at celebrity pictures and see the pizza being made fresh. The crust hits, the flavor hits, and the slices mean business. Leftovers heat up crispy and crunchy in an air fryer. A minor complaint is the parking, but parking across the street at CVS works. The place is expensive, but selling pizza by the slice helps soften the financial blow.
