You need to get rid of online orders. I think it’s disrespectful to the people that standing in the lobby that drove their spinning gas in their morning to show up in person to get a coffee and then you put them on hold while you take orders online just to leave them sit on the counter. This is very disrespectful. There had been a few times while I’ve stood there for 1520 minutes waiting for my coffee because they’re doing online orders for people who are not even there...
Came in the store with my best friend who was having a really bad day. They were in the middle of cleaning the female employee empathize with how she was feeling. She made our drink so quick and even gave my friend a cake pop. She was so sweet. Thank you for having employees like her.
I was desperate for a good cup of coffee and a Dragonfruit Refresher, so I pulled into this Starbucks. There's no drive through and the parking lot is a nightmare. Inside, it was busy, which I good for business, but it was very crowded. The orders were not completed together, so I had a lovely piece of banana bread that was heated, but turned cold by the time my Dragonfruit Refresher was delivered.
