Food was fine but the customer service was terrible I put in an order ahead of time and the barista was too concerned with her friend getting a free drink than actually doing her job....and fuzzy socks and crocs don't cut it in a food establishment.

This Starbucks meets all the standard Starbucks market equivalent, it is clean and there's nothing particularly special about it however the staff is friendly and fast at their jobs. I would definitely go back again if I needed a Starbucks drink.

The service here is ridiculously slow. I've given it one too many chances at this point. I counted 20 people waiting for their orders. 25 for 1 vanilla latte- wtf???. It's also dirty. I won't be back.

My experience at Starbucks was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the incredible barista named Allee. She greeted me with a warm smile, took the time to explain their menu options, and recommended a delicious new drink I hadn't tried before. The drink was also well made! Allee's attention to detail and exceptional customer service made my visit truly exceptional and left me eagerly looking forward to my next Starbucks adventure.

This location has improved and it's noticeable. Drinks are consistent, store is clean and most of it all the mess outside is kept at bay now with security patrols. The employees are welcoming and are consistent with drinks and I have seen them deal with some rude customers multiple times. I recently came back to this store more often and have had drinks made well.

Old lady that works in the mornings rolled her eyes at me cause I didn’t pronounce a coffe “good” she gave a lot of attitude. Why work at 6 am if you’re not going to be happy with your job??? DO NOT come in the mornings.

I am a frequent visitor to Starbucks across the world. They are great for doing work on the road. The fact that this one has no wall plugs means 2 stars. They could easily have them but they have chosen not to.

I ordered in advance for pick up. The drink was made wrong (cold instead of hot). I waited for them to make it again. I took longer than I expected. During the time, store was not busy. At some point, I thought my drink was made and left by the faucet behind the coffee machine. I had to ask more than once to hand my drink, left where I thought it was.

Don't go to here in the morning. I was served something different than what I ordered and when I told them it was not what I asked for, they insisted it was not wrong. I suggest you go to another Starbucks.
