We had a mix up and went to the wrong Taco Bell at first but when we finally got here to get our pickup order was ready and the lady at the counter was kind enough to wait to make our Baja blast freeze until we got there so it wouldn’t melt. I’ll definitely be coming back

so I think it's bull crap that they won't let you pull up in the drive through on your e-scooter. like what in the world is the difference. it's ridiculous. especially when that's the only transportation you have and the only time I could have gotten there that day. but I mean really. I rode all the way over there (20 min ride) just for them to tell me at the speakers box that I need a car to be able to order and get food apparently. plus that's horrible customer service. turn down a potential customer based on those stipulations. so dumb. so lame. I highly recommend they change that .

FORCED to order at the app. Not really a techie, shouldn't have to suffer to order fast food. Almost left then I figured it out. When the receipt option came up, the choices were text, email, or no receipt. I went with the later cause I almost never do fast food and I did not want my in book flooded with junkmail. No problems with the employee just their annoying system. Not sure if I'm coming back
