Came almost every day ordering the same thing but customer service is horrible and won’t be coming back.
I always pay for extra chicken in my power bowl and this time only got three small squares of chicken. Realized once I was home and drove right back (06/25). First Hispanic lady working was kind and gave me a side of chicken to make up for it. Once home, I ate the power bowl and then opened up my chicken burrito only to see it had beef instead. I wasn’t driving back again and called to see if I could just get it refunded seeing as my whole order was wrong. Driving back three times in one night doesn’t make sense. The guy on the phone said he understands and will leave a note for his manager.
I come back the next day to get my refund. A female worker took a look at the receipt and complained that the receipt was from a week ago. Apparently education is illegal for this worker.
Without even a name tag and claiming to be a manager, she angrily said “I wasn’t the one working yesterday what do you expect me to do?” She was trying to escalate and argue instead of helping. I kept calm and pushed for a refund while she complained that $12.43 was too much. Eventually she called the actual manager who told her to refund me and had to explain to her how open the register because clearly she’s not qualified to do that.
Messing up the whole order is one thing but giving attitude for a situation that doesn’t effect you whatsoever is uncalled for.

When there is no designated cashier but and the restrooms require a code, i have to yell back to the people preparing food to ask for the code. as someone who struggles to hear that sucks and it feels shitty

Disgusting location. 2nd time here and bathroom is always dirty. Asked a staff member to please clean. He said he would and never did the entire 45+ minutes I was there. Employees have their own restroom, which I’m sure is spotless. Don’t forget, it’s this same staff that prepares your food. Bet the franchise owner is just as lazy.

Easy stop for traveling, However, the soap in the bathroom smells bad and the smell sticks to your hands for hours. Please change the soap, it is bad!

Usually a Taco Bell is a Taco Bell, I don’t expect a whole lot. But I was greeted immediately by Sayra with a genuine smile and such a positive attitude! Not only was she friendly and helpful, but she was onnnn it. Cleaning, asking people if they needed help, etc. My order was correct, hot, fresh, and delicious. Happy camper!
Only bad experience is that they had forgotten my chips a couple times. But my fav employee is back from her maternity leave (so i know i dont have to worry about that anymore) she comped the chips n cheese on my last order when i told her it was forgotten.

One of THE worst taco bells in all of Orange County. The owner of this location should be ABSOLUTELY ashamed of themselves for hiring such uncaring employees to serve cold crap to your customers. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME THERE. Those chicken nuggets look NOTHING like the pictures. Dark brown and dry and cold. Tacos with cold meat.
