One of THE worst taco bells in all of Orange County. The owner of this location should be ABSOLUTELY ashamed of themselves for hiring such uncaring employees to serve cold crap to your customers. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME THERE. Those chicken nuggets look NOTHING like the pictures. Dark brown and dry and cold. Tacos with cold meat.

The store manager working at 830 pm on 09/23/2024 said her name was Inez and really messed up my entire order.

Staff won't take your order. Customers must now order themselves at terminals. Ugh. When i asked for assistance, a woman yelled at me, 'wait a minute' and then came over to tell me my order didn't go through (even though I paid for it) and that I had to give them my phone # or email address for a receipt. Not a friendly experience and left w/o my oder.

Dulce is awesome! Such a lovely ray of sunshine when we walked in, she greeted everyone with a hello and a smile! She was so friendly and helpful and jumped in to offer help to everyone, to make sure people knew how to use the mobile app or the self-order screen.... She was always active on the floor, checking in to see how everyone's food was, to see if anyone needed anything, wiping down tables and surfaces...
It is so nice to see a young person that has great work ethic and a positive attitude while working! So many of these kids just drag their feet and go through the motions while they're at their job, but not Dulce! It is clear that she is an incredible worker, and she deserves to be recognized for her hard work! What a gem! Thank you for the best customer service today, Dulce! You rock! ???

Why change the order takers voice into a weird AI voice? Service was great, order was correct, hot and good but seriously why have a real person at the drive thru but have their voice change to an AI sounding voice? I thought it was AI taking my order at the drive thru but when I went to pay realized it was a real person talking through a headset and they were changing her voice, is this area so racist they need to hear a white womans voice over the voice of the very kind, joyful Hispanic woman actually doing the job of taking the orders job? Drop the weird AI voice over, I enjoy the real human behind the voice
