“Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.“

“Went to a celebration of life and food is not normally to this quality. It was so good and well presented. I had to ask where it came from. When they told me it was prepped by love, I remembered them from another event that I had the same reaction with different food offering. No matter what they make, it taste and looks great. Shout out to the cashier that was helping us. Our order was quite big and she went out of her way to confirm with the kitchen staff just to make sure we didn't over ordered to save us money.
