“Went to a celebration of life and food is not normally to this quality. It was so good and well presented. I had to ask where it came from. When they told me it was prepped by love, I remembered them from another event that I had the same reaction with different food offering. No matter what they make, it taste and looks great. Take out is a better option for this place. They had one table. It's akin to a quick serve Chinese restaurant where they give you rice, garlic naan, plus the items of your choice.

They had 3 vegetarian curries and 3 meat curries when I went today. I was offered samples befoee deciding.

I chose the goat curry and the eggplant curry. Both the perfect amount of spicy and spiced properly.

The foods I tried today were excellent and I'll be back to try more in the future.“

“Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.“
