“We had the pleasure of tinting the windows at their location. Such a pleasure working with Carol, amazing business owner and you can tell she cares about her craft as well as her clients. She even hooked us up with a grilled cheese, tuna melt, banana pudding and banana bread! It tasted amazing! Highly recommend if you're looking for a high quality catering company 🙌🏾“

“Quite impressive, drove by here many many late nights or early evening and also saw at least a dozen folks here. Was in next door and had drinks so looking for some solid good late night foods. Went here and was behind 3 people but it move quite quickly. Typical taco food truck menu I would say but they do have 2 separate bars: one for the sauces and the other is for the veggies and they have plenty of it plus it well clean and well stocked up. Service is nice and friendly, not bad for waiting. Ordered a burrito ($11) with 1/2 marinated pork (which is quite good), and 1/2 with tongue (interesting, not bad but I wouldn’t do it again for the burrito, for taco - yes) w/o cheese & bean - basically meats w/ rice and everything else. The portion is quite HUGE, 2 people can finish w/ that for sure. Overall, it was very tasty burrito w/ a lot of condiments, she even gave me grilled onions with it l, which are sweet & delish. Glad that I decided to stop by to give it a try. Will definitely come back for more.“

“I ordered 20 shrimp and pork spring rolls for a small dinner gathering. It was a last minute order and they were so accommodating and the spring rolls were a hit. People raved about the soft, fresh, and flavorful rolls. The sauce was a perfect sweet and salty accompaniment. Thank you for your great customer service and delicious rolls.“

“Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.“

3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! It took about 10 mins for them to fry the egg rolls!

Our experience was quick, easy and convenient.In support of small businesses, we always avoid ordering through Grubhub, postmates, etc. (Phone in your order to ensure they receive 100% of your support!) We Dm’ed our order via Instagram and received a text with details of when our order would be ready for pick up.
