This particular Wahoos has been a disappointment the last two times I ordered take-out Chicken Taquitos, Soup, veggies and chips for a total of $38. The taquitos looked like they had reheated them from the day before. The salsa they gave us was the watery stuff instead of the Pico delicious gillo I ordered and the soup was awful. At least they didn't ruin the veggies. Since we never eat in (we have a rescue dog with abandonment issues) we didn't know how awful the food...
If you're from here you'll definitely enjoy Wahoos they captured what I call cali inspired cuisine everything here is pretty much healthy for the most part some personal faves like I had today or the chicken quesadilla chips and salsa with guacamole
Wahoo’s has been my staple “healthy takeout” for years. I ordered last week and my normal dish - banzai veggie bowl - was completely different. The sauce did not taste the same and the chicken was cut up into tiny crumbs instead of big juicy chunks. It was still “okay” but unfortunately won’t be a frequent order for me anymore.
