You don’t need to take up 2 parking lots for your small restaurant.

I've NEVER had a bad meal at Whahoo's, I've been dinning at Wahoo's for 25 years. Food is FRESH and the service is impeccable.

The burrito I ordered was not made to how I ordered it. They charged me an extra $1.50 to make the burrito wet and it’s extremely DRY. I don’t believe the young lady at the front is sufficiently trained to be handling the front end on her own smh. I called the restaurant back and no answer.

I honestly don’t know what happened to this place. Wahoo’s used to be such a good meal, now all it’s expensive and you don’t get much more than black beans and rice. The Outer Reef Burrito had barely any carnitas but was full of rice and beans. The street tacos were the smallest tacos I’ve ever seen and literally didn’t have much more meat than a teaspoon full. The lady taking our order was rude and kept talking over me. Our meals seemed to come after several others who had come in and ordered later. I just don’t think this is a place I will come back to. The cost isn’t worth what you get and the food doesn’t taste that good anymore. Sorry Wahoo’s you’re just not doing anymore.

Oh how I love and miss Wahoo's. Such good memories hanging out at this restaurant, any of their locations throughout SoCal.

On this recent visit, I stopped by after visiting Sunday evening service, and ordered their chicken taco plate, of course, it has another name - having to do with surfing or Hawaii, but that's what my order consisted of. And as always, they did not disappoint, tasty and filling as always, good quality food, for my empty stomach and within my budget.

It was later in the evening, so there wasn't a lot of customers. But it's good memories and nostalgic and I would go again, in a heartbeat!❤️

What an absolute gem! The fresh catch, spicy fish burrito was the best fish burrito I've ever eaten! It was stuffed with fish, and the Ballast Point Sculpin IPA on tap washed it down nicely! Service and atmosphere was awesome....the perfect experience!
