My first impression of Wedge Burger was great. The staff was friendly, and our orders came out quickly. I ordered a simple, clean-ingredient, classic burger — the #1 Wedge Burger Combo. The portions were generous, and the fries were delicious. They were freshly made and perfectly seasoned 🔥 The owners husband was very welcoming and I appreciate how passionate he was about their product 🙌

Says Grilled onions, ketchup, dried mustard etc etc included ; the burger had none of these condiments and the onions were raw. Lazy people working there.

LOVED the food I ordered! Absolutely HATED the service. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for about 16 years and I cannot believe how apathetic the person taking my order was.The person taking my money had the personality end etiquette of a very unhappy employee. The person taking my order was, practically, monosyllabic and even THAT was garbled via the drive-thru speaker. Who hires these people? They, clearly, hate their job and hate every customer, because they have to do some sort of work when a customer arrives. It must be so frustrating and exhausting to have to be in the food service industry and have to do food service. Even though the customer service is unbelievably cringy, the food was fantastic. Word of advice: perhaps keep your order super easy and simple; your food will probably come out correctly and you’ll be happy.
I was a hardcore EZ take out burger until they vanished in early 2000, and now I found one in new port beach. I’m pretty stoked. Of course, the name has changed to wedge burger, but the taste is on point and still the same high quality, fresh burgers. I must say when/ if you ever have their burgers, you will stop having that overrated IN N OUT burger. Thank you wedge burger for your delicious burgers!
