Terrible shop, doesn’t even have regular pretzel bites. Don’t even waste your time trying to find it/go to it.

So yummy! My pretzel was warm and soft. The workers were super nice and served me very quick. The frozen lemonade was super refreshing. Definitely recommend and will stop by again for a quick snack on my next shopping trip

I work here at south coast and they're always out of everything it's quite hilarious. My favorite is the wetzel bites but out of the 20 some times I've gone in there they've had then available maybe 2-3 times.

Went in after shopping to eat a pretzel for a snack and noticed the employee talking to his friend and watching something on the phone before I came to the register. I asked for wetzel bites and he told me they had nothing....nothing! He told me I had to wait 20 mins for him to make me something! Why wasn't any food prepared for customers like they are at many other shops I've been to? Ridiculous, preparation is the key for any business to succeed!

This was the worst Wetzel's Pretzels. I couldn't even finish my pretzel. The girl working the kiosk was super friendly though!

Who doesn't like Wetzel's Pretzels? They are delicious!Sometimes you're walking around the mall and you just need a snack break and pretzels are just perfect. Or maybe you're walking around the mall after eating a big lunch and you're all of a sudden hungry again?? Just kidding, but what if you want dessert? Did you know they have dessert here too? I usually get their Original Pretzel with Butter and Salt, sometimes with a Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese Dip. Sometimes I get their Wetzel Dog instead, both are amazing. But when I want dessert, I'll go for their Cin-a-Bitz, oh man, this is amazing. Their Frozen Lemonades are also good. I think I also need to try their Sinful Cinnamon Pretzel sometime too, probably similar but with different feel. Ok but really who am I kidding, call it a snack but eating a whole pretzel by myself is basically a meal for me so I usually share it. Honestly, I don't know which one tastes better, Wetzel's Pretzels or Auntie Anne's. I think I would have to do a side by side comparison to really know, both are just that good. I usually just get whatever I see first. I think in the past, over a decade ago, Auntie Anne's was better by far, but now, I don't know if both stores recipes have changed/improved because they both taste good to me.This one is located inside Macy's South Coast Plaza on the first floor near the shoe department. Price has definitely gone up over the years but I still think it's fair accounting for inflation and similar in price to Auntie Anne's. Service is friendly and quick. There was no wait when I went on a weekday around 4 PM. Food comes out piping hot which I love. The concept is cute, it's like a cute small food vendor looking stand.

Taking my kids to this Wetzel Pretzel yesterday literally messed up our entire mood for shopping. Devon was very rude and condescending. He rudely shouting across the current customer who must’ve been walking away too slow for him to wait, to ask me what I wanted. Ordered 4 items. 3 of which he said would be ready in 15-20 minutes. After waiting for 25 minutes, I ask for our order and he said it’ll be another 15-20 minutes and added “well I think… we really don’t know how long”. Apparently he could not refund my money but offered to “go check” on the pretzels somewhere else. After 15 minutes he handed me 2 plain pretzels that weren’t just not what I ordered but we’re also HARD as a rock. Explaining to him that it wasn’t what I ordered he literally yelled at me over the glass that his co worker (Jesus) didn’t give him the correct receipt so he “didn’t know”. It was complete chaos and I will never EVER walk out of my way, throughly Macys to visit that wetzel pretzel again. Terrible service.

FYI....this wetzel pretzel is not located in costa mesa. When you call the number its for a wetzel pretzel at universal studios.

it could be better if the clerk would work instead of chatting, I had to wait more than 10 minutes to receive my order

This is located inside Macy's next to the cosmetics department. It's a little stand with a small sign so it's very easy to miss.
