Flash frozen meat tastes like fresh cut even after weeks (or months) in the freezer. Note for the future: steaks are great on a skillet - bbq is a level up

Great value and selection of wild, grass fed protein

They have the meat your looking for, yes it’s frozen but they have it beef, chicken, bison, lamb, duck, veal, seafood, pork, and some rare meats as well. It is good quality too. I’ve had their rib eye steaks and they are really good. The all beef jumbo hot dogs really good. Chicken wings unseasoned very good as well. If you don’t mind that it’s frozen, trust me it’s worth it give it a chance.

It’s bemusingly good? It has cheap stuff and fancy stuff, and the prices are usually competitive with Grocery Outlet with a broader selection.

Once you go there, you won’t buy meat anywhere else. Tons of variety and they got picanha which is not easy to find anywhere else. Prices are great too! Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I am beyond impressed with Wild Fork in Costa Mesa! This place is a game-changer for anyone who loves high-quality meats and gourmet food at great prices. The selection is incredible, from premium cuts of beef, pork, and chicken to more exotic options like bison, duck, and even seafood. Everything is flash-frozen to preserve freshness, and you can really taste the difference.

The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I needed and gave me some great cooking tips. Whether you’re planning a special dinner or just stocking up, Wild Fork has it all.

Note that all products are frozen here and my review is not intended to compare frozen with fresh products. I can’t recommend Wild Fork enough – it’s a must-visit for foodies and home cooks alike. Five stars all the way!

Actually walked in didn't realize they closed at 9pm was 2 minutes till...was told right away they closed at 9pm...I rushed around to get my selection...was about to select something and was told again they close...the guy said the registers close at 9...I've worked with customer facing sales for years and this is definitely what you don't want to do...I actually like this store...it's actually 6 after 9 now and took more time for me to write this lol.

Don’t buy the Aussie Wagyu from here. It’s basically a regular ribeye steak. I bought Aussie Wagyu for the SAME price from another vendor and the difference speaks for itself from the pics I provided. Lesson learned. The brown/less marbled Aussie Wagyu is clearly the one from wild fork

All other meats from here are excellent though so that’s why I’m giving 3 stars

Excellent place to buy your meats, seafood, veggies, side dishes, desserts, and spices. All good quality and unique selections you don't normally find are available here. Prices are very reasonable. If you frequent this place, I recommend becoming a member to save even more. We stopped getting our meats from regular supermarkets since this place is cheaper and better quality. An awesome little local store. I hope more of these pop up in Orange County.
