We used them for our a dinner when we had out of town guests. Great communication before the event. Collaborate well with us on the menu. The chef and serving staff were very friendly, they were ok with our little ones monkeying around. They timed everything perfectly. Us and our guests were very happy. We would definitly use them again for our events.
We had an absolutely amazing experience with chef Nancy and our server Casey! We used Chef Adair services for a dinner in Bodega Bay for my mom and her twin’s 60th birthday and it was the highlight of our 3 day trip! Nancy is warm, friendly, and an excellent chef. Her creativity and passion really stand out. Casey made us feel like queens, we didn’t lift a finger and just got to relax and enjoy. Planning and prep was a breeze with the help of Katherine! I would highly recommend Chef Adair to anyone looking for a personal chef experience. As a side note - add on the charcuterie board to whatever package you choose, you won’t be disappointed! We will absolutely be reaching out to them again!
I hired the Chef Adair team for a private 3-course dinner for my bachelorette. We had chef Ryan who exceeded our expectations. Then menu consisted of 1) Comte & Parmesan Cheese Tartelette with Citrus Salad & Crispy Prosciutto, 2) Cabernet Flank Steak Chimichurri & Wild Mushroom, and 3) Flourless Chocolate Torte. All incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. The dinner service in itself was elegant and professionally done. We opted in for breakfast the next day which was fresh fruit, bacon & sausage, a vegetable frittata, breakfast potatoes, and croissants- all fresh and easy to reheat. Food, service, presentation, 10/10!!!!
From the very beginning, working with Chef Adair was a wonderful experience. We had such a lovely tasting and immediately felt that they understood our vision. After having a tough time finding the right caterer, we were so happy to meet Garrett, who really helped bring everything together.
Katherine, who handled the front of house, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. I sent her so many emails throughout the planning process, and she always made sure every single detail was just right. Her care and organization truly helped us feel calm and supported.
The food itself was exactly what we had imagined—fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. Chef Adair helped us design a summer menu that felt light, seasonal, and totally us. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was! My family is very serious about food, and they were thoroughly impressed. The catering staff who took care of us at Yokayo Ranch was absolutely lovely—so kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire evening. We are so grateful to the whole Chef Adair team for making our day so delicious and memorable.

I threw a high tea bridal shower for a special family friend that was effortlessly executed thanks to Matthew and Katherine. Katherine devoted a lot of time planning a menu of sweets, savories, a fruit platter, loose leaf tea, coffee, wine, champagne, and everyone’s favorite a seasonal mocktail. This was the first time I’ve ever felt like a guest at my own party. I was able socialize throughout from beginning to the end of the party. This duo from Chef Adair was incredibly organized and seasoned professionals. Chef Adair made this a memorable event for all of us. They packaged leftovers and cleaned up everything leaving our home immaculate. This was a stress free party and everyone left overjoyed and satiated.
They prepared a birthday dinner in our home for 11
people. From booking and working with their team on the details leading up to the event to the event itself, Chef Adair’s team did a fantastic job. We did a four course seasonal menu and every course was exceptional. We were able to bring in a birthday cake for dessert which allowed us to explore four savory courses as part of our event’s menu. The chef for our event and his assistants were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Chef Adair!
I picked Chef Adair simply based on Yelp reviews, and I could not be more excited with them! Chef Nancy and her team executed a perfect, delicious meal for my husband's 50th birthday party. Communication with the team ahead of time was easy and seamless, they made selecting the right menu a breeze, they coordinated with our venue directly. The place we were holding the party was not easy to set up and we had to move inside because of weather, but her team moved everything without hesitation and created ideal ambiance. I am so grateful for such excellent service, gorgeous presentation, and best of all, truly delicious dinner. Highly recommend.
We had so much fun with Chef Nancy! Everything was amazing and we are still dreaming about the delicious food and fabulous service. I can’t think of anything that could have been better. We definitely recommend the food and wine course pairing! So happy we selected Chef Adair to be a part of our special night.
Have had a great experience with Chef Adair and his team over the last few years on special occasion trips to Sea Ranch. We've had 3 different chefs cook for our group and each have been Delicious. They cook delicious good, are kind and gracious while they're in the home, and leave with everything incredibly clean. Highly recommend!

Chef Adair beautifully catered our event for over 250 people, with dishes that are usually available for small gatherings. The food was the highlight of the event ( people are still raving), and Garret and his team provided flawless,friendly and professional service. Garrett was also a pleasure to deal with and
his experience and judgment made the planning flawless and hassle free.
He is the best, and we plan to have him as a key patt of all of our future events.
Chef Adair catered an event that I worked and they were wonderful! The team was great to work with, kind, helpful and the service for our guests was great! The food was delicious and every bite was substantial and tasty. Their team was great to work with and I hope to work with them again soon!

Wonderful experience while traveling in California. It was so nice to stay at our rental home and relax with our friends without the noise/etc. of a restaurant. Not to mention the food and service was incredible! Highly recommend!
