I have you used Chef Adair's cervices a few time. Chef Adair and his team always provide the best experience. From the initial contact to the last course, they are nothing but professional. The food is always delicious and pairs perfectly with the wines.
The quality of the food is absolutely on par with any Michelin star restaurant. From scratch everything, homemade stocks and sauces, the Demi glacé is out of this world, the pasta and the gnocchi. I’m amazed by the craftsmanship and the sheer passion I see coming out of Chef Adair’s kitchen. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to recommend a truly unforgettable experience.
