A lot of the items on the menu are already naturally vegan, and many more can be made so. Tofu can be switched out for the paneer, vegan dipping sauces available in place of ones with honey, tofu can be added to any curry. There is soooo much flavor. Spices are incredible. Being a friend and share. I have dined in twice and each time there were A LOT of people coming in for togo orders. I don't know why I didn't write this up the first time I visited months ago. It is seriously very good.
The photo does not do it justice! My fiancé went in to pick up our order and the gentleman there was beyond kind to give him a bowl of delicious lentil soup while he waited. We got the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan and we were not disappointed. It was delicious and flavorful with perfectly cooked chicken and rice. The sauce was perfectly balanced the portions were large and left us both with no complaints! We cannot wait to go back and try other things. It’s definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I will be recommending to friends.
My fav is the butter chicken, and love the momos too the assorted ones. Although i once tried noodle soup and felt the noodles were overwhelming, less of a soup.

I have been here three times already, and the food has been excellent every time! Portions are huge, but you cannot help but order too much because there are so many good options in the menu. I have tried the samosa, lamb tikka masala, apricot vegetable curry, vegetable korma, and salmon tandoori and would absolutely order any of them again. The flavors in the tandoori are outstanding!

Fresh and well prepared Nepalese food. All the dishes i've tried have been excellent. The matter mushroom is savory and has a nice truffle-like taste. The saag panner was hearty and filling. The eggplant curry is the best i've had in the Bay Area. The waitress is super friendly and always helpful.

We're really trying to work our way through such an eclectic menu of Himalayan wonders, but it is so hard when everything is so good! Many of their dishes can be converted to vegan without compromising flavor, so huge bonus there. Love the staff, the owner is very friendly, and the insides are respectable, if not simple. We are trying to keep this to a once-a-week habit, but that's going to be mighty difficult...
Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be made with coconut cream

Newest Indian addition to Rohnert Park/ Cotati area next to Oliver's. Absolutely delicious! Large portions and fair prices (much needed these days!). Tried several dishes and every single one was full flavored and not overly salty. Meats were tender and plentiful. Highly recommend visiting.
They have a 15% Grand Opening discount!

This is the most amazing Nepali restaurant that I have visited in US. Very high quality food and service. Drinks were equally amazing! Very friendly staff . If you are looking for good food and don't want to compromise quality, this is the place to be. We have had several experiences with Nepali/ Indian restaurants where they don't serve food quality food and the overall standard was always lower. However, Everest is so different, it doesn't take the short cut when it comes to quality. Will definitely visit this place next time when we are in CA.

Simply delicious, I had been waiting for the opening of the new restaurant for a long time and believe me it has been worth every second of waiting, you are greeted by an aroma with which you know that the food will be a pleasure to taste, I had the opportunity to try the dishes in the photos and the Dumplings from Lamb are wonderful when accompanied with the sauces they provide, a unique explosion of flavor and the chicken is not far behind with that perfect cooking point, not at all dry, it is worth mentioning that a dish could easily be for two people, simply unique, I will return every chance I get.

Relaxed atmosphere with a very wide variety of Asian food, such as sushi, noodles, bao buns, chicken, duck, but also ice creams/sweets. Apart from the quantity which is obviously abundant, the quality was at a very good level and we were very pleased. Of course we will visit again!
