I was disappointed in their turkey sand. done the jersey mikes way but the turkey tastes like it’s boiled absolutely no flavor. Won’t order that one again.

Management was extremely rude so they lost this customer right from the first visit by refusing to replace cheese with turkey. Or allow me to create my own sandwich with turkey but no cheese. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had never been to Jersey Mike's before so I ordered a roast beef sandwich and requested only meat cheese mayo and pickles. The associate proceeds to put tomato, onion, lettuce, pickles and mayo...not what I asked. The bread was soggy when I got home from how wet the tomato and lettuce were. Hence why I specifically ask for no tomato, onion, or lettuce. They did give me a free cookie since it was my first time at a Jersey Mike's. Cookie was raw in the middle, sandwich wet, all for the price of $18!?! Not exactly the best experience...

Ordered in the app around 2pm for a 3:45pm pick up on my way home...walked in at 2:49pm and the worker asked if I was picking up an order. Yes, I am. Hmm...looks at Orders clipboard "oh shoot! I'll have that out in 5-7 minutes"... Can someone explain to me why I even bothered to order ahead? No attempt to make it right either. Boo.

My family is from new Jersey. And we'll I will never go back to this business . I had experienced attitude of negativity from the Owers and the employees. Excuse me it has been brought to my attention that the location was wrong it's was your store in Petaluma also the action had put fear in my family so we will never return to your business and your employees have a very dangerous attitude behind closed doors
My boyfriend and I came in here the other day and it was a pleasant experience.The employee up front, seems like the manager maybe? He was super personable and gave us a warm welcome!My boyfriend had asked him for a recommendation and it was awesome!We will be spreading the word and most deffinitly will be returning! ⭐️???
