They have not updated their hours in google. I came all the way down from North Santa Rosa to try this place on a Saturday at lunch time and they are closed. Not sure if they are closed permanently or what but they are not open for lunch in a Saturday at least. Huge bummer to come all the way down to find them closed.

Got the beef rib plate. Only 2 ribs, but they're plate ribs, so there was a generous amount of meat and super tender, like fall off the bone tender. Came smothered in sauce, qhich was really good, but next time I will want to order with the bbq sauce on the side. Seems like they've upped their game from a few months ago, based on previous reviews. Service was really nice, felt very welcomed. I got two sides, one was the macaroni salad, and, as reported in other reviews, the macaroni itself was a little overdone, while the flavor of the salad was average, I still enjoyed it. The other side I ordered was the coleslaw and it had a pleasant sweet tang to it. All in all, I couldn't even finish the meal, because the ribs had so much meat on them, they made two meals. For me, beef ribs are a treat and of the two nearby places I know that carry them, and the ribs are served in the style where much of the meat is in-between the bones, so there's technically much less meat, and all for the same price. There's a 3rd place in Sebastopol that does offer bbq plate ribs, but the lines are way too long to drive all the way out there. Luigi's, thankfully, is close to home. Can't wait to give it another try.

This place was wonderful and the food I had was delicious. I had the BBQ Chicken Sandwich on sourdough roll and a side of fries. Both were wonderful, the best BBQ Chicken Sandwich I ever had and was dripping with BBQ Sauce. Just a word of warning, the sandwich and the side of fries are huge for your money and you will want to ask for a to go box for half the sandwich and half the fries if there's only one person eating it. Other than that, excellent food that tasted fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is just average for indoor dining with a fast food type atmosphere and you order at your table and pay at the counter when you leave. The food is usually delivered on compostable paper plates and the silverware is just plastic disposable stuff. They do have beer but most is either by the bottle or by the can and all sodas come in a can or 20 oz bottle. The service was a bit on the slow side but was attentive. All in all an excellent BBQ joint and I will be back.

I was craving bbq and thought I would give this place a try for the first time. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by this bbq location. I had a trip tip sandwich and there was nothing bbq about it. The most disappointing part was the fact that there was very little meat in the sandwich and the melted Swiss cheese tasted like cheese whiz. To heat up the meat and melt the cheese they put it in the microwave. They should have done it on the grill they had there in the kitchen and were using to prepare a burrito with meat.
I really wanted to like this place. I gave it a second chance even. The first time I went they didn't have pork ribs and they talked me into trying their beef ribs. The beef ribs really didn't have much flavor and weren't particularly tender. The second time I went they did have the pork ribs but they were mostly dry with some good juicy tender spots. Some of those ribs were so overcooked that the meat was charred into a desiccated, an appetizing state with some of the bones burned all the way through so that the bones even fell apart. The plate came with two side dishes one of which was mashed potatoes that on the surface seemed warm and definitely were tasty enough but the inside of the serving was literally cold. I hope they improve and get a good following because we can always use a good barbecue place. This one just isn't it right now.

Got the beef ribs, mac salad and mashed potatoes. They asked if I wanted the mashed potatoes heated up and I said yes. It was clear they tossed the potatoes and plastic container in the microwave. Mac salad had pineapple in it, no one mentioned it did when ordering and I find it pretty weird in a mac salad. Beef ribs were tender but very small for $20. I know it’s a new restaurant but you can’t be microwaving food and underserving portions. Hope they can turn it around.

Very upset. I ordered a burrito with NO RICE to which I got a burrito with mainly rice. I sent it back and once again said no rice as i’m allergic. Got the burrito for the second time full of rice. They messed up my order completely and the only thing they got right was putting steak in the burrito. However, I was going to deal with it besides the fact that both burritos had something I am allergic to. I was very clear about no rice and said it MANY times. I had to just leave because I got too frustrated they messed up my order TWICE. Did not care and seemed annoyed I sent it back in the first place. Will never be coming back. They messed up my boyfriend’s order too. Do not recommend.
Dietary restrictions: DO NOT COME IF YOU HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. THEY DO NOT CARE. They gave me something I explicitly said NO to many times. They also gave my boyfriend tomatoes when he very clearly said no tomatoes as well. Luckily he is not allergic to them, but they did not care that they gave him tomatoes. They did not want to remake my order and got it wrong AGAIN. Will never be coming back and will be telling others not to come.
