Very friendly service
Great food and fantastic service. Highly recommend. Will be back and often.
The worst pho I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, the broth didn’t taste anything like authentic pho—it was so poorly prepared that I honestly can’t understand how the chef felt comfortable serving it to customers.
On a slightly better note, the spicy noodles were extremely spicy, but at least they stayed true to their flavor. Still, I cannot recommend a restaurant that struggles to get the basics of pho right. It was a disappointing experience overall.
Absolutely amazing. The server was so nice and let us try a free sample of their chicken wings as well as free desert after our meal. She was very attentive and extremely kind. Food was bomb af! 100% coming back again.
Such good food and very sweet and attentive customer service
Excellent food and service, quiet atmosphere, clean facilities. You have to check it out.
Absolutely fantastic food. I couldn't get enough of their new menu the first night, so I had to come back again the next! They deserve a line going out the door for the food alone, but the service is excellent to boot. This restaurant is a must-see, a do-not-miss, and you'd be making a mistake if you passed through the area without stopping here. Make sure to try their as many of their in-house sauces and kimchi as you can. I had the bolgogi and bbq pho, and it ruined every other pho joint for me. I'll have to make the drive to come back.

Yum!!! I need to go back soon and try more things. I got their barbecues pork spring rolls and I’m a fan. ♥️
We really enjoyed ourselves. We had the spicy pork bulgogi and spicy beef pho, both were both exceptional—bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff was kind and considerate, adding a sweet touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

We came here after a long drive from Mendocino. The environment is really cool. They displayed a lot of Asian instruments on the wall. The waitress is nice and friendly. The food came out fast we order Vietnamese fried crêpe, Thai tea and pho. All are delicious!!! I never try the crepe before and was surprised by how good it is :)!!!!! The pho is warming for a long drive! I am surprised that it’s not a 5/5 star place. definitely recommended.

Small Vietnamese restaurant with great service and fresh food. We been coming here for the last 5 years at least once a month we have family dinners. My daughter loves chicken egg noodle pho while we usually order different items giving a chance to find our favorite it’s tough because everything is fresh and well prepared. My favorite appetizer would be the egg rolls. Vietnamese iced or hot coffee is one to try out as well.

Mai's has been my family's go to Vietnamese restaurant for over 10 years. Always delicious, great selection of dishes. Dine in or take out is fantastic. The restaurant changed owners a few years back, and I was a bit nervous that it wouldn't be the same, I'm very happy to say that it's still just as good! The new owners are very smart and friendly. It's always a pleasure eating there.
Parking: Parking can be right sometimes but I've never had a real issue.
