While waiting for our beverages, I took a bite of my sandwich. It burned my throat to the point I needed water immediately. The barista told me I had to order through the register which I did. I asked if she could quickly get me some water as I had just burned my throat. She told me she was busy with 20 drinks ahead of me. I had to drink water from the bathroom sink. When I came out, the cashier was kind enough to hand me a cup of water.

Very quick service, polite baristas, and a relaxed atmosphere. Will return.Parking: On busy days spots fill up fast, but there's always somewhere not far in the large lot to park your car and walk a bit!
My husband ordered a tall caramel macchiato with whipped and what was made was a cold caramel macchiato. They remade the caramel macchiato and I got a chi latte not what I ordered at all. I didn’t want to go back in again. So I paid for a caramel macchiato and didn’t want to wait for a third time. We won’t go back to this Starbucks.

This Starbucks location at Cotati California has the best employers that work here :) Once in a while when I come here to get some coffee or something else off their menu. They always greet me :)
