Had breakfast there for the first time this week. With all the good reviews I wanted to try it. I ordered a simple Bacon and eggs with Rye toast. The only thing that was hot was the eggs. The bacon was limp and in my opinion not cooked. Limp. The toast was cold. A teaspoon of butter for the bread. It seems the toast was probably cooked in advance to save time. It was not even warm. The place was busy so it seems it would be difficult to have cold toast unless it was made in advance to beat the rush.
We won’t be going back.

Beignets are outstanding. Lemon pancakes, bacon is nice and crispy. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Outstanding food. Outstanding service. Not your regular diner even if that's what it looks like when you walk in. Highly recommend.

Dietary restrictions: One lady can't have onions in any form due to a serious allergy. Our server knew the menu items thoroughly and was patient addressing her concerns.

I’ve eaten here many times. The first time I had the Bacon Jam BLT. It is beyond delicious! It is so good that I have ordered it every time since, even though the rest of their menu looks good as well. The two sisters are absolutely wonderful hosts/waitresses and are very charming. I highly recommend this restaurant.
