I was very disappointed. The inside where they cook was totally filthy. A woman that was cooking had a filthy black sweatshirt on filled with dog hair or cat hair. I ordered 2 ice cream cone's and when she got done taking my money she went and handled the cones with nothing wrapped around it and handed it to me with her dirty hands. The health department needs to be contacted about this place. This used to be a great place to come in COTTONWOOD and have a burger and an ice cream, but not anymore.
Went there 2 different times and they were closed.. it was 7pm... is there new hours of operation???? If so I recommend updating on Google.

i have always loved roger’s frosty for as long as i can remember, i always get the 4 taquitos with guacamole. whenever i order these in person, they turn out great, but everytime i doordash there’s always an issue. the issue is i never receive the guacamole, everytime i’ve ordered through doordash it just is never added even though i am paying for it. this time i put in the notes to please remember the guacamole and i did get it, but the guacamole i received was over 2 months expired. i ordered this through my mothers doordash account but this happens even when i order from my own account, i am very disappointed because the food is amazing here, but the service has always been terrible. i have also been scolded by employees for picking up large orders, which is completely unacceptable. i would pick up an order for my family of 4 and i would receive attitude due to the fact i “ordered so much stuff”. please do better!

Since the NEW OWNERS .. I didnt get any of my food to the way it was supposed to come out ...except the sodas. Wasn't busy at all. In my opinion..THIS PLACE SUCKS !!!!
