Friendly service for coffee and tea
I’ve been a loyal 7 leaves customer for 10+ years. As someone who is Vietnamese, it’s extra meaningful to me that 7 leaves is a Vietnamese chain. I’ve been getting the Jasmine Milk Tea and Vietnamese Coffee for as long as I can remember, and one thing I always LOVED about 7 leaves was the consistency. No matter the location, it always tasted the same.
Since I moved to this area about 2 years ago, this has become my local 7 leaves location. At first the quality and consistency were great, but I’ve noticed things have gone downhill the past few months. The House and Vietnamese Coffee taste different every time, and last time my Jasmine Milk Tea strangely had a coffee taste to it.
The staff is always great, and the drinks are still OK, but I’ve been very disappointed in the lack of consistency. I thought it was a one or two time thing, and it looks like it’s the new norm.
The House Coffee I had today didn’t even taste close to how it normally does, and I just don’t know what to expect when I go anymore. I would give 2 stars for the repeated problem, but I still love this chain and really hope management sees this and corrects the problem :(
A lot of people in there using WiFi

I stopped by this 7 Leaves with my wife during our drive to Rancho Cucamonga. My wife was craving it and since this one was on the way I stopped by here for her. I found parking just fine because they were not busy at all. The inside of this place is pretty big and there were some people there relaxing. I got 2 large house coffee and my wife got her Jasmin Milk tea. We went to use the bathroom, just keep in mind that you need a code and only the right door will open with the code. Our drinks didn't take long to be made and my wife loved her Jasmin Milk tea. The house coffee we got for her sister and my aunt, which they both loved as well.

Coffee is good and consistent. If you like coffee on the strong side, make sure you ask for +6 shot to your coffee.

The best place to grab a coffee and study! Coffee keeps me awake and focusing on my reading. I some times studying more effectively here than I would at home. Is everything starbucks wanted to be for college students!

When paying more than $5 for a cold brew, I don’t expect 80% ice and only 20% coffee. Why would anyone return?
Yes, the couple sips of coffee was delicious. However if I want that much ice I will just go get a Slurpee
