I love the food here but for some reason the drive thru guy that wear hat and mask all the time have been extremely rude to me. He never says hi or thank you to me, he take the order longer on purpose. I’ve been coming here for 6 years now and never have any problem until this guy come in with his ugly attitude. If he doesn’t like his job he should quit. I’m not the type to write bad review but he’s been ery rude

I knew they were shut down before for health violations but today I saw it myself the girl cleaning the floor drops the mop head picks it up and then proceeds to pick up my open container of food picks up sauces and stuff placed it on my food that’s crazy nasty specially to do it in the open where costumers can see you … that’s insane she didn’t wash her hands just whipped them on her apron yall already got shut down for health violations do better

This is the Best and Most affordable Pho restaurant in L.A area. I've been going to this restaurant for many years and I highly recommend it. I only had to dock one star because they tell you your online pickup order is complete but it is always missing something so double check your order before you leave. Other than that this place is great and satisfying.

I really love the BMC chain! I ordered the Pho #1 — and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, with plenty of tender meat, fresh herbs, and crunchy sprouts. Everything was served generously and with care. The taste was amazing — I keep wanting to come back. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and fast. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. And another big plus — there’s always plenty of street parking right in front. A true gem for anyone who loves fresh, quality food!

You have a worker who REFUSES to put pate on a bbq pork sandwich. He's done it before and tried claiming it was disrespectful when my girlfriend is VIETNAMESE and has been asking for it this way for YEARS. He doesn't say it's extra or I can do it on the side he strictly says no. Don't be a sandwich nazi you're going to kill your own business. We'll find a new bbq pork bahn mi spot. For pho m3j is really good, or come here if you like bad energy going into making your food.
Service was not friendly. The tables were dirty. Ask to clean the table, receive attitude, and was told to sit at another table. Meat in my soup was nothing but fat. Bathrooms were really dirty.

What a delightful Vietnamese restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. Our server was not only friendly but also knowledgeable, offering great recommendations.
