First thing I walked into restaurant a cashier/cook had a high upper bun with no net.
As me going to a fast food restaurant in my lunch hour this was so upsetting and inconvenient please train and speak on the importance of proper hygiene.

I came to have dinner and i ordered a Santa fe chicken combo after i ordered i forgot to ask if they can cut it in half so i told the cashier but the moment the cook heard me she screamed “i don't have a knife and the ones here don't work”the cashier was nice about it and apologize and assure me they can cut it but my apetite was ruined who does that shouts out loud to the customers they cant do something i wasn't the only customers there they were more so i asked for my money back cashier apologize multiple times for a mistake she didn't do please carls jr speak to your cooks and show them proper manners.she was an older lady with glasses and high bun with a headband on and she had no hat or hairnet she had her hair all over how can you guys allow her to be making the food if she doesn't have proper hygiene .

The girl with black hair that works at noon is rude and beyond has an attitude that doesn’t make you want to eat at this location. Definitely need better people.
No self refill soda anymore.

We went to buy some Oreos shakes and the person who takes the order told us the machine wasn’t working so we parked and we went inside and we order the shakes again and magically the machine was working..!! She was lazy to do the shakes..! 9/15/25 .!!

I have to give all a one star
I always come to this place for being clean and everyone looks professional except one thing doesn't sit quiet right with the location being a food place the cashier tall ,skinny with glasses has love marks on her neck what kind of place allows their employees with them it doesn't look professional or cute it gives a disgusting look very unprofessional carls jr do better i look forward to some changes when i go back and hope measure have be taken

Today on June 14 at roughly 6 PM I saw a homeless guy outside with crutches. I asked him if he was coming inside because I was gonna open the door for him and instead of him answering the question he told me he was a schizophrenic and asked me if I was buying him food. I told him I couldn't afford to buy him food. I was just wondering if he was gonna come inside cause if so, I was gonna hold the door for him. He asked for my name. I gave him a fake name and he followed me in inside Carl's Jr.. Then when I was buying my food, he interrupted me and Anna's conversation and asked if I was gonna buy him food I told him I didn't have enough money for him to buy him food, and I looked at her after I paid and asked for the restroom because I felt uncomfortable. She gave me the code and I was about to walk to the restroom when I heard oh I need to use the restroom too coming from the homeless guy after I went into the female restroom not long after he went into the male restroom and I went back to Anna and talked to her about the guy for a bit because at this point he's acting strange. She's following me and she can see it too so she gives me my food and she tells me to be careful because I was gonna eat at Carl's Jr. when I ate inside the homeless guy came out of the restroom and began to bother me asking if I can buy him dinner saying is it dinner time and he said I'm sorry to bother you then luckily thank God for Anna. She stopped the guy and asked if everything was all right. He began to ask her for a water and then she asked him to leave luckily because of her asking him to leave, he left and I was able to sit down comfortably for the rest of my meal. I want to give the biggest shout out to Anna for doing this for me Because I was put in the scariest situation that I didn't know that was gonna obviously happen and because she was there, he stopped bothering me. I think she should get rewarded with something. Thank you Anna and I will gladly becoming a Carl's Jr. again because of the great service I had.

Girl working counter today not friendly at all. Onion rings we're made 4 hours before we got there. Burgers were barely warm. If this location goes out of business it's their own fault. I will never go back. Also will tell everyone I know not to go here either. Beware people.

I asked for the burger to be freshly made, and unfortunately, they reheated the burger the patty to where it was hard nonchewable
It’s very disappointing that’s the reason why I asked her to be freshly made because I know that they don’t make them fresh. They let them sit there for a while and then reheat them and then give them to you.
