We usually go to the Claremont location (which is phenomenal) but decided to try this location and we WILL NOT be back! We had a larger order (5 items) and it took almost 40 minutes to receive. The 2 guys paced behind the counter trying to figure out what was next. One employee came in from outside, didnt wash his hands, put on gloves then answered the phone in the same gloves he used to put our fruit in the order...gross...no thank you!

My friend recommended this place to me. On September 7th around 3pm I went with my family to buy some desserts for a party we're having today, but the service was really bad. As soon as we walked in they kicked us out because they told us that all the staff was on break.
Why did they have the door open if they couldn't serve us?
It was a really bad experience going there.

I don’t think it’s worth the price for the build your own. Also took them forever to finish the order. And they messed up and forgot my whipped cream on top. Everyone after us got their stuff before us and we had to wait forever for them to complete it. Definitely disappointed and not worth $25 for 2 mediocre desserts. Went back for the whipped cream and got a small cup to throw on.

This place is great for the people who love chocolate. My husband and I always share 1 item because it can be cloying for us if we eat the whole thing by ourselves. The chocolate tastes great, and they have so many options.My husband tried the Red Bull special drink with mango flavor, and it was good.We'll be back to try different things.
Great place for a sweet treat! They have such a cool variety of options and it's a decent price. The portion was huge and it was very tasty. I will say the add ons seem to cost a lot but I didn't really need them. Very friendly workers and it's open late.

I got the mini pancakes half & half cookie butter and Belgium milk chocolate with some mini M&M’s , it was so delicious , also i took the catering box to show my friends about this new spot in Covina , everyone loves it , the chocolate was bomb with all the fruits and the toppings , I definitely recommend this place ??
