Such a cute little spot! The Dubai chocolate strawberry cup was absolutely perfect. Staff was so pleasant and helpful (I only caught Michelle’s name). The pistachio cream they use is really smooth & the perfect balance to the chocolate. Overall 10/10 and definitely recommend

I went today craving some fresas con crema, very disappointed for what I purchased, it was a small cup for $14.99 plus tax, and it was a cup filled of strawberries and whip cream only, I was expecting to receive the creamy fresas con crema, not whip cream with strawberries. The picture on the menu was misleading.

Went and a white male working at the cashier kept rolling his eyes and when i went to go order he gave me attitude. Would not go again. Did not feel welcomed whatsoever. Lost a customer.

Cute place near Golden Corral! Great to treat your sweet tooth and it doesn’t drain the pocket :) I was able to try Dubai chocolate for the first time. Good stuff!

I usually never review places, but this was just disappointing. I think this store is ran really poorly, and needs better employees. They seem slow and unprofessional. I think the Newport Beach location is THE BEST! They make my Oreo shake so good everytime, but NOT this Covina location. I'm pretty popular on social media and will make sure everyone knows this location is horrible and will make sure it gets closed down!
