Never ordering from here again....Ordered from Doordash. They give the option for the steak to be rare, medium rare, medium, etc... I put Medium Rare - and it was COOKED through and through like a true "well done" steak... Why give the options if you're not going to listen to the choice?Checked everyone else's portions of the order and wow... The eggs are overcooked... Bacon is microwave bacon and the bread is chalky? Why throw food together so lazily, too? Not worth the price....... Never ordering from here again...

Not to long ago it’s was my 15th birthday on the 15th of June. Every year we would go get a pie from coco’s because their pies are really good. We walk in and asked for a pie and there were 2 lady’s working there and they were overall really nice and sweet, they said since being “15th was special” they gave me the pie as a gift.

The food is good but comes out Cold because they do not use the Warmers to keep the food hot. They told us that they do not need them because their service is fast, I am here to tell you their service is anything but fast. Turn on the plate warmers!!!!!

Our waitress was an older lady who took our order in a rush and when she brought our food she just put it on the table and left before my husband had a chance to ask for A1 for his steak. She just had a real bad attitude as for the other waitresses from the other tables they seem pleasant except for ours. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but whatever it was we paid the price for it. Would go back but would ask to sit somewhere else to get a different waitress.

The waitress Michelle is outstanding and we'll go above and beyond . it took the cook a couple times to get the prime rib right but all in all we had a beautiful Valentine's dinner there.

Mothers birthday and all she wanted was Dutch apple pie. Rolled up to this coco's and they only had regular pie. Cutting my loss and just mentioned in passing while getting charged, the sweetheart waiter went to double check the back and pulled up a last dutch pie just for us. Totally made our night. Thank him so much, I hope he loves his best life and hits the lotto. Nothing but love for that guy

We had a party of 12; got there at 5:30. Where we sat was freezing. Most of us had prime rib. The service was Extremely slow. Food was only warm when served. Had to keep asking for everything like horseradish, extra napkins, coffee refills, etc. One person ordered hot tea, got the hot water but no cup. I ordered the chicken chibatti sandwich (? On spelling) with grilled veggies. It was absolutely delicious!! I felt so sorry for our waitress & waiter. They were running around & doing the best they could. The restaurant was really busy when we left.
Service tonight was terrible. Several guests just got up and walked out for lack of service. The salad ingredients were old, so much so that I told the manager to throw them out. They didn't have the bread to make a sandwich - can you believe that?! They were out of prime rib at 7pm - what? I don't think any thing could have been worse. Over 5 minutes to take our drink order, over 15 minutes to get the drinks. We were there 35 minutes before our food order was taken, 24 minutes to get the salad, a half sandwich and a cup of soup. A DISASTER!

We came here on thanksgiving night and it wasnt packed like other restaurants. Since I arrived before my family, I asked for a table. The waitress said okay I'll be right back. She never came back. I've been waiting for 15 minutes to get a table while they all huddle around the kitchen area including their manager. I'm watching them seeing me standing at the waiting area. There was about more than 5 tables open. My family finally came and waited another 10 minutes to get a table. The manager finally came to us and led us to the table. He made us walk around the restaurant LOOKING for a table. Theres one right by the entrance. The heck.
